InstaDFM is a self learning Design-For-Manufacturing(DFM) system. It improves based on previous manufacturing feedback and provides valuable manufacturing insights early in the design cycle.

You can update the design based on feedback until all the errors are cleared, thus reducing the risk of manufacturing delays.

AI based QA

Our advanced visual inspection system for detecting defects on production lines keep an eye on quality and helps in overall pcb manufacturing process. It is faster and accurate than Automated-Optical-Inspection(AOI) machines which are achieved by running deep neural network models on Edge.
