Will every PCBA be tested before shipping?

At the end of manufacturing an In-circuit Test (ICT) is performed by a Flying-probe machine. Watch our YouTube channel video to know more about how flying probe works.

LionCircuits will do a visual inspection for all the PCBA using an automated AI machine and basic short/open test. If you have any product-specific Functional testing to be carried out, please provide us with a test document on the same.

Once your product has been dispatched, you will receive a mail with the Quality Analysis Report performed on your assembled boards along with the shipping details.
