Why is my project on hold?

The project will be kept on hold if we need any design update from your end. Once we get the design update and the Gerber file passes the DFM check we proceed with fabrication. Please make sure that your design is compliant with our capabilities that is listed here, to avoid your project going on hold.

DFM is an engineering analysis to determine the manufacturing viability of a product design.

Login on to our platform and upload your Gerber files under the “Update Design” tab.

The DFM Feedback details can be found in your project dashboard after order completion as shown below,

If you believe your design was flagged by mistake, you can request a manual review.
